Quick start and exercise safety

1. Secure the iPhone in portrait orientation with your upper body and hands visible.
2. Allow Camera access and create or select a local player.
3. Tap START, complete calibration, or use SKIP CALIBRATION for adaptive tracking.
4. Move your body up to fly higher and down to descend while completing push-ups.

Camera and motion troubleshooting

• Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and allow PushUp Pilot.
• Use even front lighting, avoid strong backlight, and keep shoulders, arms, and hands inside the frame.
• Keep the phone stable in portrait orientation.
• Recalibrate after changing distance, lighting, or body position. Use quick recalibration or SKIP CALIBRATION if a saved profile no longer fits.
• Restart the app after changing permissions.

Camera frames and pose landmarks are processed on the iPhone and are not uploaded to the PushUp Pilot Cloudflare service.

Local players, records, and deletion

Local names and avatar images stay on the iPhone and are not published on the global leaderboard. Creating a player does register its random UUID with the online service, which creates a non-editable Pilot-... alias.

Deleting a player removes that local profile and its calibration data. Earlier Records keep their saved name and avatar snapshots until you open RECORDS and use CLEAR. Photos and videos already saved to Photos must be deleted in Photos.

PushUp Pilot does not provide an authenticated online account, so there is no in-app account-deletion flow. Cloudflare leaderboard records are handled separately under Data requests.

Global leaderboard and Game Center

• The global leaderboard requires access to https://youcanfly-api.liminghua.fyi.
• Only eligible standard records can upload. Manual-control and detected knee-support records are excluded.
• Free users can manually complete one successful upload per player UUID per UTC week, starting Monday at 00:00 UTC. Failed, rejected, duplicate, or rolled-back attempts do not consume it.
• Lifetime Pro queues eligible standard scores for automatic upload after StoreKit entitlement verification.
• Public entries show numeric results and an automatic alias. Local names and avatars are not uploaded.

There is no public user-authored text, image, audio, messaging, chat, or post feature, so reporting and blocking are not applicable. Opening the leaderboard sends the selected player UUID to the service. Local gameplay and local records remain available if the online service is unavailable.

PushUp Pilot asks Apple Game Center to authenticate at launch. When authenticated, eligible best scores and milestone achievements submit automatically to Apple. Game Center records are managed by Apple and are separate from the Cloudflare leaderboard.

Lifetime Pro purchase, offer code, and restore

Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable Apple in-app purchase with product ID com.minghua.pushupbird.lifetimepro. It is not a subscription. It unlocks Space, Raceway, and Stadium themes and characters, unlimited eligible score uploads, and monthly and yearly training analytics. Ocean and core gameplay remain free.

If the product or price does not load:

• Confirm the device is signed in to the App Store and in-app purchases are allowed.
• Check the network connection and Apple System Status.
• Confirm the storefront supports the product, then restart the app and reopen SETTINGS > LIFETIME PRO.
• For a testing build, confirm the intended Sandbox tester is in use and that the in-app purchase has been submitted with the app version in App Store Connect.

The app has no offer-code text field. Redeem a code through Apple's App Store redemption interface or the one-time redemption link supplied with the code. Reopen PushUp Pilot, then use SETTINGS > LIFETIME PRO > RESTORE PURCHASES if the entitlement does not refresh automatically.

For billing or refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Prices, currency, taxes, and availability vary by region. The app does not accept external payment.

Replay videos, report images, and Photos

Gameplay recording is off by default. When enabled with add-only Photos permission, ReplayKit records completed challenge runs without microphone audio and saves them to Photos. Interrupted or cancelled runs may not create a saved video.

Lifetime Pro analytics creates a report image only when you choose the save action. Replay videos and report images are not uploaded to the PushUp Pilot Cloudflare service.

If saving fails, allow PushUp Pilot under iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos, confirm free storage, and restart the app after changing permissions.

Data requests

Deleting the app or a local player does not automatically remove Cloudflare leaderboard records, Game Center records, Apple purchase history, or media already saved to Photos.

The service has no account login, and public aliases or UUIDs alone do not prove ownership. We will acknowledge the request within 5 business days and explain whether other limited evidence can reasonably verify control. We cannot promise deletion where control cannot reasonably be verified. Valid requests are handled as required by applicable law. Deleted D1 data may remain recoverable for up to 7 days in Cloudflare D1 Time Travel under the current Free plan.

Use Apple's controls for Game Center and purchase history. Use Photos to delete saved videos or images.
